The Hangout

February 12th - June 15th, 2018

Daily Afterschool program for Longs Chapel United Methodist Church. Our program will be open from 3:00 to 6:00pm every regular school day. We will follow the Haywood County Schools Calendar. If there is no school or if school is dismissed early then there will be no program for that day. Each day students will check-in at assigned check-in locations and place book bags in designated area. Once checked in your student will receive a snack from our volunteers. Students will then have the opportunity to do homework if desired and/or participate in numerous fellowship events. Students must be checked out by an employee each day and may only leave with an approved adult. Please fill out this registration form for each child participating. You should choose the option to register for someone else when prompted. This will allow you to register your child. Please fill out a separate form for siblings. We are currently limiting registration to the first 100 sign-ups. Thanks so much for your interest and if you have questions please contact Grady Wiley in the church office at 828-456-3993 ext. 301
